Queen Prawn^™ is exclusively produced by Enzootic in Thailand under our rigorous quality-control supervision in chemical-free pure freshwater, disconnected from coastlines and marine ecosystems. Maintaining the well-being of our Queen Prawn^™ throughout the entire production and harvesting process is extremely important to us. The Queen Prawn^™ are kept alive from harvest in our ponds and all the way to our live hubs, where they are analytically screened to meet our stringent quality standards. Our mission is to generate the innovation required to bring this local Asian delicacy to major exports consumer markets as a true sustainable alternative seafood-of-choice.
